super fun and easy indoor activities for kids

February 24, 2017 by lorrin sell 2 Comments

Frigid temperatures (at least frigid to me!) tend to keep us indoors a lot during the winter months. Even if I were willing to venture out in the cold, it’s a lot of work with the kids, and it’s often short lived because the kids can only handle it for so long.  We can get a little stir crazy, and are often looking for things to do without having to leave the house and pay for entertainment.  I searched the internet, and pinterest, and found some really fun things to do inside with the kids.  All of these look like a blast, and most of them are insanely easy!

**Don’t forget to pin this so you can find it later!!

These are all great ideas. Very creative. My kids are very active and they love running around so we grab all of the pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals we can find. Create a maze that winds throughout our house where our kids have to go over chairs and under tables in order to reach the end. We remind them that the ground is lava and not to be touched! We get creative by timing each other, using a blanket spread over two chairs as a bridge, stuffed animals that need to be rescued from the lava, and more! 🙂
